Executive Leadership Coaching/Mentoring Programs

Program 1 – Executive/leadership | Life BluePrint

Executive/Leadership LIFE BluePrint is an intense coaching service for the busy Executive/Leader who is after a quick and powerful result. It is the introduction to coaching that encompasses all that is powerful about great coaching but over a shorter period. It is for you and your team, the end result being a powerful ONE page balanced plan for your whole life.

It works because it is simple, easy to follow and holds you accountable to the outcomes you create for yourself.

Over this 8hr intensive coaching program you will:

Review your last 12 months - its successes and setbacks
Look at and challenge the current roles you run in your life – personally and professionally
Gain an appreciation of your Unique Genius and the strengths and values that underpin them
Assess and challenge what motivates and is important to you
Consider what is holding you back from your true success
Consider new ways of thinking, feeling and acting that move you toward your success, not away from it
Set outcomes that encompass all of your roles and motivations - for the 12 months ahead and just as importantly for the longer term
Distill this all into a ONE PAGE PLAN
Set in place a regular process that guarantees your results over the next twelve months and beyond.

Program 2 – Executive/Leadership | Discover align Live Program

This program runs over a 6 month period, meeting with your coach/mentor on a fortnightly basis for 2 hours, as well as between session contact as needed. It is focused on you, the leaders and decision maker to maximize your success – no matter how you define it – personally and professionally.

The purpose of this package is to maximize you potential within the organisation (and outside it as well), thus ensuring the organisation’s long term success (and just as importantly – yours).

You will work closely with your coach/mentor to:

Understand what really drives you – the positive and the negative
Determine your Unique genius, strengths and values
Match these to what is important to the organisation’s success
Uncover what has held you back from being a great leader/executive
Challenge the validity of these blockages
Create new ways of thinking and behaving that align with the best results for you and the organisation
Provide tools and skills to enable the success of the process
Build the short, medium and long term plan that will drive you to your success, thus ensuring the organisation’s and your own personal success
Hold you accountable and responsible to the outcomes you so richly desire and deserve

Program 3 – Executive/Leadership | Sustaining the Success Program

This 12 month program is an extension of either the Executive/Leadership Life BluePrint and Discover Align Live Program, and is the monthly accountability to the plan created in either of these programs.

You will work closely with your coach/mentor every month to:

Measure the success of your monthly goals to the annual and long term plan
Track areas of lag, and appreciate and work with any lingering mind sets and behaviors that may still be sabotaging your success
Work on “acute” areas in your life that come up. This will include personal and professional issues where your coach can be the sounding board and objective ear to your “stuff” when no one else appreciate or understands the lonely space leadership can be
Check and challenge you in areas where life has got in the way of your plan’s success.
